Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the last days of my winter holiday
City, shopping, Din Tai fung again
I thought that the presence of Din Tai Fung was quite special in Malaysia as the majority of the population here is muslim and thus, there were hardly any pork dishes in Malaysia. Hotels that serve Western buffet for breakfast did not even have pork but hans and sausages were made with chicken.
On the day we arrived from Singapore, we took a bus to KL and arrived quite late that there was only Mc Donald’s nearby the Central station/ hotel so I ate at Mc Donald’s for the first time for so many years…as I’m not a fan of it, no comment.

Singapore Vol 4
Hawker Centre again! And shopping, strolling, etc.
This time, I have found the best food of all I had during my holiday, the seafood noodle in a hot clay pot. This was introduced by a local old couple sitting next to us at the Hawker Centre. Actually, we saw them eating something good looking and asked what that is and then they ordered it for us.
This old couple and other local people sitting close by are so proud of the cuisine: you can eat all kinds of Chinese food and you don’t need to go to China to get those, they said.
Well, it’s true and by staying in Singapore prices are much more expensive but the entire country is so clean and civilized but still can enjoy really good food. I had really good time here.
